Using the website

To log in you need to:

  • Have registered with AllPlay Learn PL courses
  • Have a username/password
If you have not registered, please see How do I register with AllPlay Learn PL courses?

Follow these steps to create your user profile/personal account:

    1. Go to AllPlay Learn PL courses.
    2. On the home page, select ‘Login’ in the upper-right corner of the screen.
    3. If you are already on the Login popup screen, click ‘Sign up now’ which can be found above the ‘Login’ button.
    4. Select whether you are a ‘Primary or secondary school teacher’ or ‘Early childhood educator’.

For Primary or secondary school teachers:

      • Enter your First name, Last name
      • Enter your eduMail or education email address
      • Enter a chosen password.
        Please note: Your password does not require the use of special characters. Your password must be between 5 and 20 characters long. Your password is case sensitive.
    1. Select the course(s) you will be completing.

For Early childhood educators:

    • Enter your First name, Last name, Early childhood education and care setting
    • Enter your work email address
    • Enter a chosen password.

  1. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  2. Click the ‘Sign up’ button.

After completing these steps:

  • You have registered for an AllPlay Learn PL courses user account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

To activate your account:

  1. Locate the ‘Account Activation’ mail in your inbox with the email address you signed up with.
  2. Follow prompts to activate your account.
  3. Go to AllPlay Learn PL courses.
  4. On the home page, select ‘Login’ in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  5. In the Login popup screen, enter your email address and chosen password at signup.

To reset a password on an existing account:

  1. Go to AllPlay Learn PL courses.
  2. On the home page, select ‘Login’ in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. In the Login popup screen, click ‘Forgot password?’ which can be found below the ‘Email address’ and ‘Password’ fields. Or go here 
  4. Enter the email address you signed up with. 
  5. Click the blue ‘Get New Password’ button. 
  6. Check your email for ‘[AllPlay Learn] Password Reset’ mail.
  7. Click the confirmation link, and follow prompts to set a new password.

Troubleshooting

At the moment, the AllPlay Learn online professional learning courses are only available to Victorian government schools and early childhood education and care settings. To access our primary or secondary school courses, please use your Victorian @education or @edumail email address to register an account.

While our courses are designed for professionals working within Victorian government schools and early childhood education and care settings, we can occasionally offer access to other professionals who participate in one of our research projects.

If you are eligible for one of these research projects, and would like access to the courses:

  1. Please email us at allplay-learn@monash.edu
  2. In the subject, enter ‘research project eligibility and course access’
  3. In the body, tell us a little bit more about yourself, the research projects you wish to participate in, and the courses you are interested in.
  4. We aim to get in touch as soon as possible. 

We invite you to visit our AllPlay Learn website, where you will find most of the resources, case studies, evidence-based strategies, and disability content included in the courses. Some organisation’s email policies may automatically block out certain incoming messages or filter them to spam/junk folders. Below are some suggestions to help you locate the account activation email: 

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Check with your organisation’s IT department

Clearing your browser’s cache and disabling any adblockers often resolves these issues. 

If something still isn’t working, we may be able to assist:

  1. Please email us at allplay-learn@monash.edu
  2. Tell us the device and browser used to access the course.
  3. Describe the issue encountered, the page URL, and if possible, provide screenshots for reference. 
  4. We aim to get in touch as soon as possible. 

Contact us

To request additional certificates:

  1. Please email us at allplay-learn@monash.edu.
  2. In the subject, enter ‘Additional certificates’.
  3. In the body, tell us the email address of your account, the course that you completed, the number of additional certificates, and the full name to be printed on each certificate.
